We check all our products for quality and defects before sending them out. All items are in perfect condition as we deliver them out.
1. We do not accept any returns for differences in sizes or if the cutting and sizes do not fit you. Alternately,
you can provide us your measurement to ensure that the item will fit you before purchasing. Before
delivery, we will check and make sure the goods are in good condition. Thus, we do not accept any
returns due to color deviation, size problem and etc.
2. No exchange/refund is allowed except certain unforeseen circumstances. All items will be checked
thoroughly prior to shipping to customers. If any damage was found upon receiving of the item(s), it is
recommended that photos to be taken on the damaged item(s) for claim filing purpose to the courier
service provider.

Exchange Policy:
1. All exchange items should have original packing, accessories, and reason of exchange.
2. To reach the target of hassle free internet purchase, QC is done strictly for every item. In case of defective
products found, please contact us within 2 days after receiving it.

4. Exchange can only be done within period stated, additional postal fee will be bear by Dr3szup if it's
caused by us, otherwise to be bear by buyer(s).

2. Incorrect storing method, ie in damp environment
3. Exposure to too high or too low temperature

9. Exceeded exchange period, small area of dirt, washed
